In November 1889 F.W.Heine is asked by a Mr.van Vandenburg if he would like to make the composition of the CHICAGO FIRE panorama in the BATTLE OF SHILOH rotunda on Michigan between Madison and Monroe in Chicago.Do you know about this van Vandenburg, his position and who he worked for?

Right! Van Vandenburg suggested to rent the BATTLE OF SHILOH rotunda for this project.Obviously this idea came fro Vandenburg Jr., and his father showed some reservation to this idea.Heine thought of Biberstein,Rohrbeck and Peter as co workers. With Lohr the friendship had just broken.Lorenz was busy at the Art School and Wilhelmi was working for Reed & Gross on panorama projects in Australia. I will inform you when I find more.Seems you can add a little prelude to your story.Best, Michael
