Dear Ed,
Thus far the GenForum folks have not censored this conversation (as I think they may have rightfully have done very long ago, given the flaming going on in this thread and its predecessors), so may I take this opportunity to say that we have had to endure your "Holidays" with the Mrs. before, but have not had the advantage of any progress in your thinking during that hiatus.
Whenever you are back, and by whatever alias you may now assume; thinking, practiced, genealogists will be prepared to discuss your fundamental errors in your otherwise readily-available lineage.
Right now, you use, among others, the sign-on "Legacy." I dearly and sincerely hope that that this is not your final sobriquet. That is, I do hope that your final sign-off with be an acknowledgment to the actual ancestry that you enjoy--and has been handed you, despite yourself and your close-minded, sadly compelling, lack of attention to proper genealogical method.
How about using "Excelsior?"
Yours,
Cousin Richard
(With regrets to all other Vansickle GenForum Users)
