Don't think I can confirm anything, but your post triggered some questions about the Solomon Veach you have listed.
Another post suggests that Solomon and Margaret (Dorman) Veach were the parents of William Veach who married Elizabeth Haughn.
I'd really like to find another generation, but I'm not sure what is right. There were so many William Veach's, I get confused whenever I try to sort this out.
I have a book "American Lineages of the veach and Stover Families" republished by Higginson Books that lists a Solomon Veach.
The info for Solomon in this book seems to contradict info that you've listed for Solomon in your post.
The book begins with a "First American Generation" with Jesse Veach, wife Unicy.
The book states he was accompanied by brothers Dorman and William and one other. This Jesse died in 1821.
The next generation is a son Solomon b. 5/22/1790 d. 2/5/1846 who married Polly Lichliter d/o Jacob and Elizabeth Lichliter, 7/30/1816.
The Solomon you list here is married to Margaret Dorman abt 1770.
I have to wonder if there were more than one Solomon Veach's.
I'm a little curious about the name Dorman. Must have been a coincidence that the Jesse Veach in the book I have had a brother named Dorman Veach.
If you or anyone else can help me understand if there were two Solomon Veach's, you know the parents of my William Veach, or you can shed light on the Dorman Veach connection, that would be helpful.
