I am not sure if the Wallen family you have mentioned is this family. I am trying to connect my John Walling b. ca 1794 in New Jersey, father unknown.
He went to Butler County, Ohio somewhere around 1820. He had a son Nathan Wallen b. 1818 in N. J. I thought the John above would be a good candidate for my John since dob are the same. The James b. 1792 named a son John and this John had a son named Andrew Jackson. Andrew Jackson was a son of Nathan Wallen as well. If you find any links to this family, please let me know. Thanks
