Emihamn was made from registrations with Swedish port police to go to a foreign country outside Europe. Not all Swedes left through a Swedish port.

"Kavlinga (Skone)" should be spelled "Kävlinge (Skåne). Back in the old days, it was spelled Kjeflinge, or at least it was in 1904. (I'm looking at the handwritten birth records on a fee-based site called SVAR.) I don't see his birth in that parish on any date in that year. Some parishes shared a priest with other parishes, so perhaps that is what happened in this case. He is probably written in a different parish birthbook.
He also might have been born in one of the parishes NEAR Kävlinge. Look at the section labeled KÄVLINGE on this map.
