Hi everybody.I'm listing my dad's obit for anyone that would like to add his info to your dbases.Dad lit the genealogy fire under me at an early age.He loved doing his research.Over the last few years I've been the "keeper" of the info.Dad died suddenly from a heart attack.I've listed it because so many people have helped us for so many years with info.Especially Judy and Don Warth and Regina Berry.Judy and Regina have given me and my family a wealth of info.Thank you so much
Joseph David Warth, 61 of Chillicothe, Ohio went to be with the Lord 11:40 pm Monday April 5, 2004 in Mt. Carmel West Hospital, Columbus, Ohio, unexpectedly. He was born March 10, 1943 in Ross County (Chillicothe), Ohio to the late Fred and Bessie Raypole Warth.On February 20, 1965 he married the former Mary Kay Adrian, who survivies. Also surviving are beloved sons, John (Lisa Kay) Warth of Frankfort, Oh.Michael (Lisa Marie) Warth, of Chillicothe, OH.Grandchildren Joseph, Kacie, Amanda and Mathew Warth.Brothers Robert (Norma) Warth, of Chillicothe, McKinley (Imogene) Warth, of Ocean Springs, MS, Clyde Warth of Chillicothe, Charles (Liz) Warth, of Phoenix, AZ, half-sister Beatrice Denton of Lancaster, Oh, mother and father-i-law, Eva and John Adrian, of Chillicothe and several neices, nephews and cousins.He was predeceased by a brother George Warth.Joe loved his family very much. Joe retired from Chilpaco (Mead Paper Co.) in July 2002 where he worked for 38 years.He served in the army in Germany and during the Vietnam War.Mr. Warth was a 30 year member of The First Church of God, a member of UPIU Local 988 and was an avid golfer. Funeral services will be 11 am Friday, April 9, 2004 in First Church of God with Rev. Greg Pennington officiating.Burial will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Ross County Veterans Firing Squad.
