I have the following on Moses Weldon's estate:
Moses died without a will.Andrew Weldon, Abner Myhand, and Asbury F. Johnston were appointed as administrators of Moses' estate on 6 November 1854.(Harris Co., Ga. Inferior Court Administrators and Guardians Bonds, Bk. C, p. 74).
An appraisement of Moses' estate was made by James A. Gorham, Thomas Spivey, and A. B. Huey on 16 November 1854.(Harris Co. Inventories, Appraisements, Returns, & Sales Vouchers, Book 44, p. 408).
The estate is broken down by items and their approximate worth.Included is furniture, tools, farm animals and notes due to him, a 40 acre lot of land in Forsyth Co. and a lot of land in Wilkinson Co.The notes were:
1 note on Andrew Weldon due 25th Dec. 1853 for $250, 1 note on A. Weldon due on 25th Dec. 1854 for $250, 1 account against Thomas Weldon for $18.00, 1 account against Abner Myhand for $43.00, 1 account against Thomas Weldon for $18.00, and 1 account against William A. Wells for $24.52.
In the same book on pp. 387-398, Andrew Weldon, Moses' administrator, sold the Bill of Perishable Property on 22nd December 1854 with a credit of 12 months.Listed are items bought, who bought them, and the amount paid.

He was living in Columbia Co., Ga. in 1805 when he drew two blanks in the Land Lottery for that year.He was registered as # 390.His father Isaac was # 391.Moses was enumerated in the 1806 tax digest for I. Willingham's Dist. of Columbia Co.Moses was in the 4th Militia Dist. of Columbia Co. in the 1807 Ga. Land Lottery and won Land Lot 22 of the 19th Dist. of Wilkinson Co., Ga. as well as Land Lot 250 of the 14th Dist. of Wilkinson Co.He also participated in the 1832 Gold Lottery of Ga. from the 365th Militia Dist. of Jasper Co. and won Land Lot 672 of Dist. 21, Section 1.
