The Independent Patriot Lamoni, Iowa January 10, 1895
A large number of relatives and friends assembled at the home of Mr. and Mrs. N. N. HAZELTON Wednesday evening of last week to witness the marriage of Miss Perla to Mr. Wm. WELLINGTON.
Promptly at half past seven, as the wedding march was being played by Miss Belle ANDERSON, the bride and groom made their appearance and took their places under a pretty and artistic arch. The ceremony was performed by Elder Asa S. Cochran, after which congratulations were given and the company was invited to supper.
The Juvenile Band was in attendance and gave the couple a serenade. The occasion was a quiet, cheerful one, a number of pretty, valuable and useful gifts were received by them, of which they are very appreciative.
