Re: Francis Whelchel Sr.'s Estate Papers

I would like to have a copy of these estate papers please I am a decented from Francis M.WHELCHEL Sr and Anne STOCKTON threw their son Davis WHELCHEL which I know that this Franis WHELCHEL Jr is Davis brother and both brothers name a son Davis WHELCHEL also.
I also am a decended of Davis WHELCHEL and Nancy BARNES son John "Wilkey" WHELCHEL he die in 1839 Polk CO MO hethat married Catharine HIDAY they are my 3rd g-grandparents and I just found out above this now long ago went John WHELCHEL also using the spelling WILKEY Catharine married a 2nd time to Hartwell WEAVER Jr.he was much older that her and Hartwell WEAVER/WEVER die 1852 Polk CO MO ,
Catharine spell WILKEY was living with her younger children in the 1840 Platte Co MO on Census one son is is under 5 and one daughter is under 5 next to Catharine was a William spell WILKEY I believe he was her son in-law that married her daughter Sarah WHELCHEL or WILKEY in 1840 Polk Co MO both useing the spelling WHELCHEL on marriage record not far was another William spell WILKEY that believe is Catharine and John son this William using the spelling Wilkey married Elizabeth POTTER in 1838 Polk CO MO. Not far from Catharine on census is Hartwell WEAVER with his family and wife mush of die before 1850.The same year 1840 Catharine with her younger children and the Twon William WILKEY this spelling move to Polk CO MO on Census there also.
In 1850 Dallas Co MO Catharine HIDAY,WILKEY or WHELCHELas married the Hartwell WEAVER spell WEVER age 82 Farmer SC and Catharine WEVER age 52 KY. "Catharine as two of her children by John "Wilkey" WHELCHEL with her spell WILKIE they also was on the 1840 Platte & Polk Co MO with her ,,Wiley M.(Marion) WILKIE age 12 MO (My 2nd g-grandfather married Pricilla Ellen BALES in Ray Co MO 1862 They had two sons one son Henry Wiley WILKEY my gr-grandfather brother George Washington WILKEY),Amanda WILKIE age 13 IN.Hartwell WEAVER as his daughter Eliza and her family LANDRETH she married husband Emaby in Polk Co MO, Emaby LANDRETH age 24 farmer NC Eliza Landreth 31 TN,William H.LANDRETH 5 MO, John N. LANDRETH 2 MO and Hartwell WEAVER granddaughter Harriot SELF age 14 MO.

Went Hartwell WEAVER die I do believe Catharine move back to IN not sure went but she is on the 1880 Hancock CO IN withgrandson, Simpson HIDAY age 25 IN IN IN (his parents was John Henry HIDAY nephew to Catharine John Henry HIDAY married Catharine HIDAY and John Whelchel or WILKEY daughter Mary Ellen WHELCHEL)on census is Sarah HIDAY wife age 20 IN IN IN ( she is the daughter of Sarah WHELCHEL,WHELCHEL or WILKEY and William WHELCHEL or WILKEY that was married in Polk Co MO in 1840 and this Sarah Whelchel,HIDAY age 20 is also a grandaugher to Catharine and John)
Catharine WEAVER grandmother age 87 KYPAPA(first husband John "Wilkey" WHELCHEL married in Wayne Co IN 1822 2nd husband Hartwell WEAVER Jr. I have not found record but you can tell by other information she was married to Hartwell WEAVER)
Sarah WHELCHEL mother in-law age 58 IN PA KY
(This SARAH age 58 is the one that was married to William WHELCHEL also spell WILKEY in 1840 Polk Co MO must of been couisn. and This Sarah WHELCHEL,WHELCHEL was the daughter of Catharine HIDAY,WHELCHEL or WILKEY,WEAVER and John "Wilkey"WHELCHEL)

Buried in Wynn Cemetery Catharine WEAVER on stone spell Catherine on Lineb. Sep 23,1799 Kyd. Nov 25,1881 Hancock CO IN , on stone it reads wife of H.WEAVER.
As Catharine information as 1ST wife of John WHELCHEL(on Wayne Co IN marriage record Catharine surname spell HIDY John surname spell Whitchel in 1822-03-25 (book ZZ page 174) and 2nd wife of H.WEAVER.
Catharine HIDAY,WHELCHEL or WILKEY,WEAVER parents was Jacob B.HIDAY b abt 1771-1773 PENN marrid Sarah FRUIT abt 1796 in Kentucky she was born abt 1775 Madison Co IN.
Also Jacob B.HIDAY had a sister name Catharine HIDAYborn abt 1789 Fleming Co Kentucky.
