Hi Billy
My name is Sheila. Cyrus H. White died Feb. 7, 1844 in Russell Co. Alabama. On the 1840 Russell County Alabama Census he had one male 5 - 10 years old and one female 5 - 10 years old. Any idea of who finished raising these children? Cyrus was my gggg-grandfather. His daughter Sarah was my ggg-grandmother. I am trying to figure out if Sarah happened to have finished raising her sister Martha. The reason being that both lived in Tallapoosa County. Sarah married James Monroe Akin in 1834 in Talbot Co. Georgia. Any help on figuring out what happened to the youngest children would be greatly appreciated.
