Edward--I am sorry to say that I do not have a complete list of Wright Cemetery in Pike Co.MO. We just searched for the names of our direct family when we were there. Somewhere I saw a complete list, but I do not have it.
However, the Whitledges, and Tombs lived out of the main town of Bowling Green, in Curryville, Buffalo Township, Cuivre, and at least one Whitledge was in Ralls Co.
Our original Tombs were buried on their family farm, but America Susan Whitledge and her husband, Samuel Alexander Tombs, along with several of their children and grandchildren, are buried at Concord Cemetery which is located southeast of Curryville, and southwest of Bowling Green. This was originally the Macedonia Church, established on the beliefs of Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and founded in 1851.
Sara Whitledge Doyle Tombs and her family are not buried there.
Curryville was founded by a son of John Delaware Curry and Nancy Clark Henderson, parents of Sara Jane Curry who married Thomas Whitledge, son of John. An older sister of Thomas was Susannah who married the Humphrey. Thomas, Susannah, and a brother were boarded and taught by the Humphries after their father died, leaving an infant and several very young children.
All of this happened in and around Cynthiana, Harrison Co.KY. John Whitledge was shot by a lone Indian in 1788, but lingered on to die at home "peacefully surrounded by his family and friends".
Sorry that my knowledge is so focused on my family. Have you seen my article on USGENWEB in Pike Co.MO? It tells most of what I do know about the Whitledge Family, though I am always finding new information.
I have recently found:Deed Bk.U p.439-441 24 May 1827 in Bourbon Co. KY which includes all of the heirs of Thomas Whitledge including John Humphreys, Sucky Humphries, his wife (spelled both ways) and Susannah Whitledge. I would be happy to scan and send this to you.
