Charles H. Wigton 8/6/1839 Delaware, OH

My Great Grandfather was born in Ohio and was in Victor, Iowa at least by 2/6/1867.I would like to know his parents, brothers and sisters if any.He Married Frances Maria Drummond from Ogle, Illinois.So may have lived in Illinois before moving to Iowa
