Re: Willan in Kirkby Lonsdale, England

I have quite a lot of information on the Willan families of Kirkby Lonsdale and the surrounding area. I have extracted all the Willan entries from the following parish registers for the dates given:
Kirkby Lonsdale 1538-1730
Killington 1671-1700 (no entries found)
Burton in Kendal 1654-1700 (no entries found)
My second major source of data is the 1851 & 1881 census returns.
I have also examined such sources as marriage licences, wills and Monumental Inscriptions.
At the moment I have the information arranged in a random manner, and I am trying to get some sort of order. The system is intended to be:
1. A family tree of the descendants of Brian Willan, priest at Cartmel, born c. 1508. This is contained in a GEDCOM file which currently includes 136 individuals, including 81 with the name Willan.
2. A number of partial trees, each containing between 10 and 50 individuals, and between 3 and 6 generations. At present I have 2 of these, but many more are in preparation.
3. A large number of family groups: usually 20 names or less, and 3 or 4 generations at most. At present your family group contains 3 names.
4. An index containing all the Willan individuals in 2 and 3 above.
In total I have information on a few hundred Willan people, quite a lot of them now on my computer in a form suitable for e-mail. And more is going on all the time.
All the best,
