It seems highly probable that your Elizabeth Wincoll is related to this line. In his book my G-Grandfather is a tad sketchy on the Wyncolls who settled in America, doing little beyond quoting more-or-less verbatim from James Savage's "A Genealogical Dictionary of the First Settlers in New England".
If you check out the the first chapter of TWoS&E http://freespace.virgin.net/ecliptica.ww/meet_the_ancestors/chapter1.htmlhttp://freespace.virgin.net/ecliptica.ww/meet_the_ancestors/chapter1.html and scroll towards the bottom (or do a find-in-page for Kittery) you'll see that there was a John Wincoll, the son of Thomas W who arrived at Watertown,Mass, with either his aunt or his mother Elizabeth on the "Rebecca" from London in 1635.
This John Wincoll moved to Kittery (which I hadn't realised was in Maine) in 1646, and married an Elizabeth, though I don't have her surname or a date for the wedding. John W died in 1694 after a what appears to have been a distinguished career in the military and as a Representative for Kittery.
Elizabeth was also a Wyncoll family forename, so it is possible that your Elizabeth is a daughter of that John and Elizabeth W, though determining exactly who bore which relationship to whom, and which individuals tie up with which in the family pedigree in TWoS&E is a labour incomplete as yet.
