Hi--Iam researching my Wyscaver's--their name has been spelled different many ways, one is Wisecarver.I am looking for the parents and family of Joseph b abt. 1802 VA
died probably Kansas, his wife was Lucretia Maise b. abt 1815 PENN, in 1850 they were in Hungtinton, Ohio with their children; Hettey, Lucinda, Henry, John, Jesse, Sarah, George--myGGrandfather, and Katie. In 1880 they were all in Jewell Co., KS, George with his family, Luretia, Divorced, with her daughter and son-in-law Katie and John Edgar; next door was her John spelled Wisscaver, and his family; in another town is Joseph spelled Wyscaber living as a boarder age 78.Would you know anything of this family?Lucretia is buried in the same cemetery as George and his wife Sarah; Katie and John Edgar--fairview Cememtery, Jewell Co., KS.
