I'm also interested in the information you've got on the Wollmann surname and its relationship to the church. It's very likely you don't know, but some Germans from the Kingdom of Bohemia, Empire of Austria have, besides immigrating to Russia and the USA, settled in Brazil as well. My great-great-great grandfather, Carl Wollmann, was born in Kriesdorf (now the town of Krizany in Czech Republic) and immigrated probably in 1876 to the colony of Santo Angelo, in the town of Cachoeira do Sul, state of Rio Grande do Sul, south of Brazil, toghether with his wife Julia Habel and six children: Julius Wollmann (married Anna Doberstein), Wilhelm Wollmann (born 10/081864 Kriesdorf, married Catharine Ellwanger, died 18/10/1916 Botucarahy/Candelaria), Anna Wollmann (married Gustav Schulz), Emma Wollmann (married Josef Glazer), Catharine Wollmann (married Anton Skolaude) and Hubert Wollmann. My family's branch moved to a nearby town called Candelaria at the end of the 19th century. Would you please send me an e-mail. My adress firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Best Regards.
