Don: This line is a new addition to my research. I can get you better info shortly (when the OH Historical Society is open next week). Alice's father is the tallest guy in the back row in this picture: http://ancestree.wordpress.com/2009/08/24/testing/http://ancestree.wordpress.com/2009/08/24/testing/ His name is William Bussdicker. My blog project has info on him and on his ancestors and siblings if you care to snoop around. The blog is at http://ancestree.wordpress.comhttp://ancestree.wordpress.com . Alice's parents were living on Adams St. in Dayton, Ohio at the time of her birth. Her birth in Dayton was in either 1893 or 1894... but I will probably have a birth certificate soon and settle this. By the 1920 US Census, the family is in Highland Park, MI and they say everyone except Alice was born in Canada. Later they say 2 of the kids were born in Washington! I don't think they were too concerned with where anyone was born! Ages fluctuate crazily too. Jacob was 46, then he was 53. Alice was 26 and then 33. The kids' ages seem more consistent. I'll see if I can relocate my source for the marriage of Alice to Jacob on 7 Oct 1913. JM Cameron was in Seattle in 1900 and was listed as having been married for 1 year, but his wife is not listed in the Census with him. His occupation was listed as, I think, "Jeweling." Did his job send him from MI to WA? Is it known WHERE he entered the US in 1893? I'll reply further in about a week. Thanks.
