No age for Elizabeth Neff. Jacob Z. brought wife Eliz. Neff and younger children to Phila.in August 15, 1750. Their 5 children were born from 1720 thru 1756, only the last, Catherine, was born here. Their first,John Felix b. 1720 had several wives, perhaps; his son William, last born to unknown wife, in his will but no mention of her name and Dr. Joseph believes she may have died at William's birth or shortly afterward. We have a fairly good list of William's line. He married Mary Haighley. No one seems to have ever heard of that name. For some reason their daughter, Mary Zebley owned land on the banks of the Brandywine above Rockland. She married Thomas Metcalf (also Medkeff)and a descendant, John is a keen genealogist. Have good info on Jacob and his three wives including Eliza Worrilow and other descendants down to today. Several were at the Zebley reunion in Sept.
Dr. Joseph is from the Jacob Zebley-Worrilow line.
Jacob and Elizabeth Neff Zebley's daughter in law, mrs. Jacob IV was buried from the home of daughter, Mrs. Anna Zebley Woodward (lived at Arch and Juniper streets,Philly)in Frankford, Phila. Hope this helps.
