Herbert Ziegelmeyer, 90, of Covington, died Sunday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence, Ky. He was a retired bronze craftsman with Newman Brothers, a member of St. Paul Church in Florence and an Army veteran of World War II. His wife, Lillian Ziegelmeyer, preceded him in death.
Survivors include sisters, Delores Forsting of Greensburg, Ind., and Loraine Ziegelmeyer of Cincinnati, Oh. and a brother, John Ziegelmeyer of Cincinnati.
Preceding him in death are brothers Norman, Jerome,sister Dorothy and parents John J Ziegelmeyer and Clara C Ziegelmeyer (nee Voglepohl).
Mass of Christian burial was at 12:10 p.m. Thursday March 10 at St. Paul Church. Visitation was from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday March 9 at Stith Funeral Home, Florence, Ky. Herb was buried at Hopeful Lutheran Cemetery, Florence. Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
