"Bernice Curran Zike, 80, of South Brunswick died Nov.9 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Newark, she lived in several states and Piscataway before moving to South Brunswick in 1976. She was an assistant program support clerk at the U. S. Department of Agriculture for 21 years, retiring in 1999. Prior to that she was employed by the Boy Scouts of America, North Brunswick, for 10 years. She was a communicabt of Our Lady of Peace Church, North Brunswick. She was preceded by her husband, John Anthony Zike, in 1999; and a brother, John Curran, in 1970. She is survived by her son, John M. Zike of South Brunswick, her daughter, Kathi MArtin, of Hoholulu, Hawaii; her sister, Eileen Weissman, of Piscataway; and her brother, James Curran of Nutley. ----"
