The region in which Almond has been traced to is in the Carolina and Virginia area. I can trace back to my Great Grandfather, Alfred Lewis Almond. Alfred was born in the mid 1850's and has a son named Walter Arrett Almond. If you have any information that could further my search, I would appreciate it.
