My wife's father, Henry Alfred George Beck was born in Brisbane, Australia. My wife's mother, Neta Eileen Trimble was born in Bangalow, NSW. The Beck family had a common trait in that all the first generation males born in Queensland had PETERSEN as their middle name. These were Michael, Matthias, Alfred, George and Laurs (sometimes spelt LARS). They also had a sister named Annie Marie. |
