| The Depew family was one of the original families to settle in the Monroe COunty Pa. area>It is reported that Nicolas De Pui( and many other variations of the spelling) was the original "white" settler in the area at Shawnee on the Delaware. We have not strayed too far from home, but do not maintain very strong family ties. | |
