Children of William Stovall and Sara Seat are:
Nancy Elizabeth5 Stovall4, born July 25, 1771 in Granville Co NC.She married Thomas Hester May 08, 1798 in Granville Co NC.
Notes for Thomas Hester: There is a Thomas Hester in Iredell Co, NC.He died about 1828.This may explain why in one will of James Hester there is a mention of his brother Thomas and in another there is not.In a query from Pam or Chris Waugh in Rootsweb they reflect Thomas has a wife Elizabeth.Children are: Henry - son Rainey - daughter married Berry R. Cloerbelieved born 1808 Margaret married ? Rickert Tabetha married ? Butler Frances unmarried in 1856. This might be a child of Henry and Oney as the time of his life seems to be close to that of Henry and Oney's son Thomas. For this reason I have elected to reflect these children in the family tree but will continue to investigate. From Wilma Diesen's research Thomas was born about 1777.He was not listed as an heir of Henry when the lands were sold in 1831; however he purchased 1/2 of the land.
Mary Stovall, born March 15, 1775.She married William Bagley July 22, 1798 in Granville Co NC.
