| I have finally noticed that my email address i had listed here was not a valid one -- and I have changed [email protected] is the correct one.I apologize to anyone who has tried to contact me in the last 2 years! My goal for this summer is to post lots of information that we have slowly been gathering. There are still many names that remain mysteries -- but I realize that if I can get the parts that we know online, it will make it possible for the other pieces to fall into place through the help of fellow researchers. I am also excited to be helping my stepmother, Phyllis Marie (WASSON) KOCH organize her family tree. She has many old (1800's)pictures that I will borrow and scan. Some of the surnames in her tree are: BAKER, BOTTENFIELD, BROBECK, CONNESS, FRABEL (FRAVEL), HAVER, MINKLER, PETERSON, WASSON. Many of these are from the Ohio, Illinois, Missouri area - with some in California. I will have a gedcom ready soon. Surnames on Mike's side of the family include: ALLEN, AMIRAULT, BELLIVEAU, BLANCHARD, BOUDROT, BOURG, BOURGEOIS, BREWSTER, BROUSSARD, CAROLIN, COMEAU, DELACRETAZ, DETHEROW, DOUSETTE (DOUSETT/DOUSSETT/DOUCET/DOUSET), DUGAS, EPLEE, GAUDET, GAUTEROT, GEORGE, GIROUARD, HAWKINS, HEBERT, JOHNSON, JONES, LeBLANC, LESTER, LONG, MELANSON, MERSEREAU, O'BRIEN, PELLETRET, PETITPAS, PITRE, PRITCHARD, ROBICHAUD, SETTERS, SMITH, SPARKS, TERRIOT, THERIAULT, TRAHAN, WALKER, WILCOX. Many are from Nova Scotia. His Doucet's were in Illinois in 1860 and in Kansas in 1870. Our main areas of research are Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. Surnames on Diane's side of the family include: ABBOTT, BESTOR, BURROUGHS, CUSHING, DERRYBERRY, GARRIOTT, HANN, HUCKABY, JENNINGS, JOHNSON, JUSTICE, KOCH, MARTIN, MAYNARD, MILLS, MOODY, OTTESEN, ROLAND, ROSE, SIMMONS, SWEET, TAYLOR, WALL, WILKERSON.
