We are a small branch of Emersons that originated with Ebenezer Emerson in Bridgton ,Maine. Ebenezer was the last of our line born in Haverhill when his Parents, William Emerson and Elizabeth Myrick move north. His descendant, Irving is my great grandfather , who will be the subject of my book "Irving Emerson: From Farm to Fame".In his Hartford days, Irving played pool with Mark Twain!
I hope to hear from more new "cousins". I have pictures and lots of stories to tell.
