This is obviously a work in progress. Thank you Leslie for getting me started albeit slowly. I really got interested after my National Geographic 12 marker Y-DNA results came back. You can access that here: https://www3.nationalgeographic.com/genographic/report.html I expanded it to 67 markers with Family Tree DNA, here: http://www.familytreedna.com/(djnptpieaf5gtxnkhusogpec)/ftLogin.aspx?kit=N40265&code=U6081 From there I joined the "Frost Family Projest" here: http://frostdnaproject.home.comcast.net/ This has led to some surprising contacts and corespondents.A Mike Frost from Arizona sent me 279 pages of his Frost Genaology! The earliest Frost in our family I have been able to identify so far is "John Frost", a Quaker born in 1690 who moved from PA to MD to VA with 69 other Quaker families. These "70 Families" are referred to as "The Founding Fathers" of Virginia. The path led from VA to NC to TN. From TN one brother went to KY another to TX. The Texan became one of the earliest founders of Houston in about 1820 then a Frost went on to San Antonio and founded "Frost National Bank" which is still in existance. I hope this proves interesting, I will add to it as I develop other leads. I would like to add the BALL side as well as the BISHOP family tree which already exists. If anyone would like to contribute please do so.
