The Comans Family Home Page

I started resreaching after my grandfather died because I did not know anything about his family. Our families are mainly from Mississippi, Florida, and Alabama.On my husbands side we are resreaching Comans, Doss, Freeman, Sistrunk. I have traced the Comans side back to his ggg grandfather Daniel Comans, who lived in Neshoba County, Mississippi.
On my side of the tree I'm researching Brown, Taylor, Kelley, Perkins. My grandmothers family the Brown's have been in Walton Co. Fla. for 122 years. Our gg grandfather moved there from Alabama after the Civil War.
I have just started so I have sent most of my time doing the Comans and Brown families. I hope to leave my reseach behind for my childern so they will be proud of were they came from.
