Heminger/Lapham - Heminger/Davis - Heminger/Keck - Hootman/Revenaugh - Hootman/Pickens - Pickens/Mooney -
Sprouse/Vandeevander - Wilson/Beadman - Wilson/Sprouse:
These are my husband's and my Greatgrandparents, Grandparents, and Parents:My husband's name is Doyle E Heminger b. 10/6/46 to Rex George Heminger b. 1899 and Neta Marie Keck b. 3/19/18.My name is Deloris E. Wilson Heminger b. 2/19/46 to David Euguen Wilson Sr. b. 6/23/18 and Anna Belle Hootman Wilson b. 6/2/18.
Original spelling of Hootman was Huthmann.Original spelling of Heminger was Hemminger, both are of German origin.I was told by my grandfather that my Greatgrandmother Rosella Belle Mooney was a Cherokee Indian, I have not been able to confirm that yet.
Frantz Christian Hootman/Germany/born about the middle of the 18th Century.
John George Hemminger was born in Alsace Lorraine, Germany on April 13, 1737 and migrated to Pennsylvania. There is also information about a John Jacob Hemminger born in 1737 unknown if in Germany or Pennsylvania.
Isaac Wilson/Missouri during 1800's/this would be my Greatgrandfather, believe his wife was Abigail Jane Beadman or Amanda Jane Beadman.
I love researching our ancestors, my other interests are cross stitching and doing stained glass projects.
I was diagnosed with Lupus in 1995 so I have been very interested in any research I can find on this disease, it is unknown whether it is inherited or not but at this point in time it is not curable, however, I am in remission at the present: June, 1998!
It is a very troubling disease, because of it's many quirks and oddities, it affects each person differently and of the people I have spoken to that have it, there are many similarities and many differences in all of us.Somehow, having this disease has made me feel even more of an urgency to get my family history research done.
