--$75 was collected during the January meeting for the investment fund
--$55 was collected during the January meeting for the reunion fund
--Total balance in all accounts is $130.There was no rollover of funds from the last reunion.

Reunion Site Selection Committee (Diane H./Roland/Rodney/Dinah/Denise/Julia):
--Brochures from various Texas vacation spots were given to the committee.Additional information will be obtained by the committee from TravelTexas.com.
Family Investment Account:
--At the January meeting it was decided that participants would invest $5/month ($15/meeting) to the investment account.
--Funds should be forwarded to Dinah
--Rodney, Henry, and Anthony will develop short- and long-term goals and objectives
--Brenda suggested we consider incorporation
--2002 Birthday/Anniversary Calendar was distributed to all in attendance.Will send to those in other cities.
--Provide any/all revisions to the information contained in the database.Birth years still needed for LaKeisha D. Adams, Larry D. Adams, Kenneth Hoover, David P. Brown, Kellian Lee, and Dwan Adams.Marriage year needed for Juanita/Bobby.Death date/year needed for Larry Hoover.All information needed for Idell and family.
--It was agreed that payment of a dollar to those celebrating birthdays will be optional, commencing immediately.Some will now place this money in the Family Investment Account.
