Frederick died of Bright's Disease of the kidney acccording to his death certificate. According to the 1851 census Frederick had a sister Louisa about eight years older than him and another sister Mary about six years younger than him. His brother Caleb is about two years older. their mother Elizabeth is recorded as being a widow. Their father John appears on the 1841 census but is either dead or deserted the family by 1851.On Frederick's birth certificate John is recorded as an agricultural worker. There were probably more siblings but if older than Caleb they may have been dead or possibly living at their place of work. If younger they were probably dead as is probably the case with Frederick's twin/triplet. More About Fredrick Butler and Mary Jane Scully: Marriage: 05 Feb 1864, Roscommon Ireland.
