I have put together all that I can find from Family records and family histories and gone through many searches on the WFT. Now I need help! My German roots are Lange, Schmidt, & Meyer. You wouldn't believe how many leads I have, few probably good and most just somebody with the same name. I hope that somebody out there recognizes some of them and can help tie them together.
On the other hand I have Swedish and Norwegion roots of Bergdahl, Fernlund, Nyhus, Nordgaarden, & Norstebon that apparently nobody ever heard of and they are all ???son or ???dotter when they get back to the old country.

Karl’s parents were Wilhelm Kurt Lange b Abt 1834 d Abt 1870 & Wilhemina Berner b Abt 1836. Wilhemina remarried to Karl Kruse. Known Siblings John Lange b Abt 1854 & Caroline Wilhemine Christine Lange. Hints of other siblings but no more info.
Maria’s parents were Christian Schmidt b Abt 1824 & Maria Moehr b Abt 1834 m Abt 1853
Christian was a landholder near Berlin, Germany. Wilhelm and later Karl took care of his cattle. May have had at least one other daughter.
