The Zack E. Lee Family History


This website is dedicated to the ancestors and descendants of Zack Ely Lee, a God-fearing man, loved by his family, and respected by his friends. A special dedication is made to Tommy Cecil Lee, son of Zack Lee, who's love for his family encouraged us all to celebrate the new generations while we honored and remembered the older ones. I cannot say Thank You enough to the many people who have provided information and/or photographs to me to be shared with everyone else. I hope this site provides not only information, but inspiration to all those who, like me, occasionally find themselves on the Internet at 3a.m., looking at just one more website, hoping to find just one more piece in the Grand Puzzle that is My Family Tree. FAMILY NAMES I AM CURRENTLY RESEARCHING: Lee, Conn, Alexander, Lang, Teal. Most of my research is focusing on the Lee Family and their off-shoots in Marshall County, AL (and surrounding counties, i.e. DeKalb, St. Clair, Cherokee, etc.) between 1850 and 1930. NEW INFORMATION: I am now up to 1000 individuals on my Tree. I will try to upload my new data in a timely manner. Due to my recent subscription to Ancestry.com, I have been scanning numerous Census records and have accumulated a tremendous amount of new data. I now have a great deal more information on the Teal family in Marshall County, AL and am gathering more on the Conn and Lang families, also of Marshall County. RESEARCH NOTES: Watch here for special/specific items of interest. Currently looking for any information that might link to this tree.
