Duncan/Day/McCamman Family Tree
July 19, 2005, Genealogy updates are now posted. As I find new information to add to or correct old information I will post. If you have any corrections or if you would like other family lines connected, please let me know. My new email address is [email protected] Congratulations!!!!! As most of you may already know we have two new additions to our Family Tree. Daniel Alan Smith to the tree branch of Lindsay (Slusher) & Barry Smith and Noah James Bogel to Tristine (Slusher) & CJ Bogel's branch. (More details can be found through contact with family members.) As you know, I do not post important information on living individuals. I do have a record of dates and places for now living individuals for future generations, so if you would like for yourself or your family to be included, please contact me and I can add them to our records but keep them confidential. I can make copies of this information for family members only (with permission of other family members) for non-solicitation purposes only. I'm sure you all can understand in this day and age that we have to protect our personal information. Please keep me informed of new or correct information. I am still planning on publishing a whole new website for all of us in the near future. God Bless you all. Lynn FAMILY HEALTH WATCH: DISEASE KNOWN TO AFFECT DECENDANTS OF DAY FAMILY & OTHERS. PLEASE READ BELOW Author: Janet Bruce Nelson Concerning Day Genetic Disease Surnames: Bruce/Day/White/Wagner/Spear/Prince Date Published on Ancestry.commessage board for surname Day: 4 Jan 2005 Two Bruce/White/Day/Wagner first cousins have been diagnosed in the last 6 years with Cushings Syndrome/ Cushings Disease. Their MDs state it is genetic. One developed a tumor on her pituitary gland, the other developed a tumor on her adrenal gland. (Twin brother not affected) The disease/syndrome is found in about one in a million persons. Medical History on both: skinny teenagers suddenly gained enormous amounts of weight during twenties and early thirties; extreme emotional outbursts; several mis-diagnoses on both, including multiple sclerosis, bi-polar, psycho-somatic, and epilepsy. Diagnostic method: Ketoe 17 (24 hour urine test). Some insurance companies refuse to pay for this, though only way to know for sure. If test positive for it, then the MDs start looking for tumors on any glands in body. Can affect males and females. Posting in case other Day descendants might have this and not know it. | Duncan/Day/McCamman Family Tree Updated July 19, 2005 |
