Family names include, McDANIEL, FORD, WOFFORD, BEDINGFIELD, SPRADLEY, BOONE,MCGRAW,RATLIFF, TUCKER. Family settled in Alabama in 1800's and came from North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Particularly interested in finding the McDaniel line through my great-grandfather whose name is thought to have been Cicero and who married Ferriby Henrietta "Lizzie" Bedingfield, daughter of Soloman Bedingfield, in about 1884. Cicero died on the day that my Grandfather, Philo Grover McDaniel Sr. was born in Marshall County, Alabama. Philo subsequently lived in Gadsden, Etowah County, Alabama until his death in 1959. McDaniel children now live in Colorado and California.
