It has been fun, enlightening, educational, amazing and truly a blessing to have found unknown cousins.Below you will find links to the various branches of my family. Each branch, as expected, will have duplicates as you work your way into the future.
My family members didn’t seem to talk about their history; which is very sad because from what this descendant has found that there were some truly heroic people in these here roots.Imagine the early days of the Hutchison’s coming to a new country in the 1600’s; not even the United States but one controlled by England ~ the generosity of James Megill/McGill in donating one acre of his land to be used as free burial for the veterans of the American Revolution because he was repulsed by the cemetery owners in the Alloway, Salem County, New Jersey area in charging for burial oftheseheroes (wherewouldbetoday if it were not for them)~ the many heroes in our line that served and fought in the Civil War; many fought in the army but there was one (that I know of at this time) that served in the Navy during this war; I must add that to date all members found have served on the Union side.
I want to especially thank the new found cousins of mine for sharing their work with me.
