My grandmother was Elizabeth Delight Perrin-Heydt. She was born August 28, 1899 in Marion, Grant County, Indiana and homesteaded with her parents in Geraldine Montana.
My 5th great-grandfather, Lemuel Perrin, faught in the Revolutionary war.He was a private, corporal and sergeant in Captain John Perry's Company. He marched in the Lexington alarm of 19 April 1775.His father, Jesse Perin, was a captain in the Revolution.
My 2nd great-grandfather was Levi Benjamin Dohner. Levi was with the 17th Pennsylvania Cavalry, 162 regiment during the Civil War.His great grandfather, Bishop Jacob Dohner (my 5th great-grandfather), was Private 7nd class from Pennsylvania in the Revolutionary War.Served under Captain Baltzer Orths Company of Militia divided into 8 classes, it being the first company of the 2nd Battalion, Lebanon Township, Lancaster County, 1781.Jacob's father, Johannes Dohner, also served under Captain Baltzer Orths Company of Militia as Private 2nd class.
My 5th great-grandfather, Hugh McWhorter, faught in the Revolutionary war. Hugh had served as a Sergeant in the Regiment of Col. John Hathorn under three different Captains: Shepherd, McCamley, and Baily during the War of the Revolution
