I am researching the MORGAN family in NC, SC and TN; in particular, the descendants of John G. MORGAN. John (1823-1903) was born in western NC and later lived in Monroe and Sevier counties, TN.
In addition, I'm researching the HOLLIFIELD family of McDowell County, NC. William HOLLIFIELD moved to western NC from Chester County, SC about 1790.
