|What started out as an High School Family Living Class project, has become a lifetime pursuit of family history. Always interested in any tidbit that can be found. |
One lesson learned is... take the time to sit down with the mature members of the family and ask them questions or simply listen to their life stories. And look through the family photo albums together, taking notes of whom and what relation they are to you. By all means be sure to write everything down at that moment; because the knowledge they have to share may only be available at that time. For when those mature ones pass away so also their knowledge. And many regrets will follow.
Changes are a certainty when doing a family tree/history. So from time to time information will change in a family tree/history as facts become available. Errors are more than possible on the part of contributors, and if errors are found, by all means, please let it be known, so correction can be made.
Thank you for taking the time to view the family history and hope you have found it interesting. If you wish to be included as part of the history, please let me know.
