I am trying to research the OWEN line of my family, from New York to Indiana to Iowa to Missouri.I would appreciate any help I could get.
My grandfather was Harvey Curtis OWEN, b. 9-13-1880, Schuyler Co., MO,d. 3-20-1932, Schuyler Co., MO.Harvey married Fannie Gertrude BLINE and had two children, Harry and Katherine.
Harvey's father was
Horace Omar OWEN, b. 2-13-1840, in Indiana, d. 1901, Schuyler Co., MO.Horace married Hannah LOWE on 5 Oct 1861 in Wapello Co, Iowa. They had seven children.Mary Etta OWEN was born in Wapello Co., Iowa in 1869.Tripletts Ida Mae, Iva Maude, and an unnamed girl who died in infancy were born in 1876 in Schuyler Co., Missouri.Harvey Curtis OWEN (the youngest).Another boy and a girl also died young.
