I am researching the PALAZZO family from Corleone, Sicily.From Louisiana, I have been tracing the YARBROUGH, MARTIN, & BURAT (BURAS) families.
I am also researching the LAUGA family from Monein, France.Jean Baptiste LAUGA was born there in 1843 and moved to Chalmette, Louisiana around 1870's.He married Marie ENGLERT (of Prussia) in Chalmette or New Orleans, La.
In addition, I am researching the DARTUS family origins of France in 1870.Romain DARTUS moved to the New Orleans area in late 1800's.He married Julie Madeline LAUGA (daughter of Jean Baptiste Lauga).
I would appreciate any information you have on these families.Any information I have you are welcome to as well.
