This family tree is work in process by Anthony Perrelli. I'm a direct descendent of Francesco Pirrello and Francesca Di Pisa. Francesco Pirrello arrived at Ellis Island from Vicari in July 1902. His wife Francesca followed with 2 of their 3 children in September 1903. Francesco was one of nine children born to Giuseppa BonoSpatiglia and Antonino Pirrello of Misilmeri. Francesco became a stone cutter who worked on roads. He and his wife resided in Vicari when they decided to go to America. Francesco's older brother Giovanni, had already immigrated with his family. Giuseppa BonoSpatiglia and Antonino Pirrello remained in Misilmeri. The research so far indicates that the Pirrello's lived in the town of Misilmeri in the province of Palermo, Sicilia, in the 1800's. As I continue to research, I attempt to find every member of each generation to ensure completeness of all the generations and to enable other Pirrello descendants to recognize their branches of the tree.
