GATES/GETZ records include several thousand descendants of Henry GETZ [1754-1834] married first, Margaret SCHROTT [1754-1798] and second, Catharine LANG/LONG.Henry moved from area of Brickerville (Elizabeth Tp Lanc Co) into Lebanon Co and then to Ferguson Tp in Centre Co PA where he established village of Gatesburg.Henry was son of Martin Getz and his wife, Magdalena (---). Looking for more information on Martin and Magdalena, also any descendants of Henry.
