| I am searching for ancestors of Samuel Harry MCBRIDE (a/k/a Harry McBride).Harry MCBRIDE was probably born in Ireland on November 16, 1865.At some point, he came to America and settled briefly in St. Louis, Missouri.Family "legend" says that a brother was with him, but I do not know the brother's name.Harry and his brother probably went West with the cattle drives, including Texas, Oklahoma and California.Eventually, Harry moved to Henderson, Kentucky, where he married Mary Louise MEYER(S) on April 23, 1896.He made his living as a carpenter and eventually as a general contractor.Harry died in Henderson on November 17, 1947, one day after his 82nd birthday. Harry and Mary had two children, James William (Bill) and Marion Beatrice (Bea).Harry obtained a divorce from Mary on June 5, 1915. I would really like to know the names of Harry's brother who came with him to St. Louis, his parents, and of the 14 or so siblings that he is purported to have left in Ireland.
