Spiker 1306 Russett Road Allentown,PA 18104 610 398 3763 | The principal surname I am searching is Spiker, other surnames in my blood line are - Boyd, Kays, Roberts, Brightwell, Rhoten, Shields, Harris, Reed, Miller, Hukill, Campbell and Harris.My father was Admiral Dewey, son of Richard Eads, son of Joseph Fred (JoFreddie), son of Henry, son of Henry, (wife of Elizabeth Miller). I have been told that Henry was the son of Jacob, son of Ulrich.I am searching for a referance to confirm that Henry who was born on December 31, 1789 was in fact the son of Jacob Spiker the oldest child of Ulrich Spiker. I would appreciate any information to make this connection. My family can be treaced to Allegany Co. MD who later moved to Morgan and Harrison Cos. Ohio,and later to McDonough and Hancock Co. Ill. In 1875 Joseph Fred moved to Lucas County Iowa where the family remained until the end of WW2. |
