1. We now have the bible Record of Sarah Theressa Sigler Emmons, 2nd wife of Cyrenus Emmons. This records shows that Lydia Romine Emmons Fannin and Serinus Emmons were indeed the parents of Cyrenus Emmons.
2. I have been in contact with several of the Descendance of Syrenus and Malinda Scott Emmons and they have provided me with information on their lines.
3. The first annual Emmons Family reunion was held in French Lick , Indiana at the Senior Citizen's Center on July 25th of 1999. Approximately 50 people were there with descendants of Johnathan and Cyrenus Emmons lines in the majority.
It was voted that there would be a second Emmons Family Reunion held next year on the 4th Sunday of July at 1 PM at the Senior Citizen's Center in French Lick, Indiana. IT will be a Pitchin Dinner. Prizes and Games included.
