I am researching a number of my decendants, as well as my wife's. UNDERWOOD Of Yardley Hastings, England. I have so far traced the Underwoods as far back as Joseph Underwood, father of Job. What I have found about Job is that he was born 9 January 1839 in Yardley Hastings,England and married on 6 July 1857 to Anne Robinson in Denton, England. KEATING of Wexford, Ireland. My research on Keating goes back to John Keating who was born in Ireland about 1842 and died in Dunedin, New Zealand on 27 December 1923. GARRETT of Long Sutton,Lincolnshire, England Research goes back to William Thomas Garrett he was born about 1835 in Long Sutton,Lincolnshire,England and died 27 September 1889 in Wellington,New Zealand. William married Emma Amelia Ralph about 1863 in Hull,England.Emma was born about 1848 in Kent,Englandand died 6 August 1901 in Wellington, New Zealand. BLAKE of Middlesex, England My wife's family research goes back to William Blake who was born about 1841 in Middlesex, England and arrived in Wellington, New Zealand aboard the vessel "BERAR" on 22 January 1875 with his wife Ester Ann Sullivan and four children. Ester was born in London, England about 1843 and they were married in August 1862 in London, England. BROOKER of St Martin in the Field,Westminster, England On my wife's maternal side we have gone as far back as Thomas Edward Brooker who was born about 1806 in St Martin in the Field,Westminster, England and died on 12 February 1873 in Greenwich,West kent, England. He married Elizabeth Till 11 December 1849 in Southwark, England. Elizabeth born about 1824 in Cobham Kent,England, arrived in New Zealand in 1874 alone with eight of her ten children on the vessel the "STRATHNAVER" and died on 1 November 1909 in Nelson,New Zealand.
