Search For YesteryearsUpdated July 11, 2010
|With all of the tools and documents that we can go to now to search, confirm data, and enlarge our files, the searching is becoming so much easier. In order to follow lines and find the truth in all matters, one must keep an open mind and an open heart because some of the things that we find may not be what we want to find.It is with such efforts that I endeavor to fill my files to the utmost with the truth if I can find it.My thanks for all the help that I have encountered over the years, and I am willing to share any of my files that are wanted. |
Seeds For Tomorrow
Mary Esther Smith Wacaster
The roots are the days of yesteryear,
buried deep in memories' ground.
We are what they were,
And they were what we are.
The trunk is that which is now passing
into the present past.
The building of our values,
and the moulding of our lives.
The branches are the fading present
that shades our pleasant lives,
And give us the strength of family,
As we look on into the future.
The blossoms are the present families,
Budding, blooming and fading, too,
As the years pass into the future;
And our future being the Seeds For Tomorrow.
