| I am researching the family of GEORGE WALD born December 15 1828 Off Hoven Village Germany. Married Mary Zimmerman 1852.Came to America 1856, landed in Quebec and came from there to Buffalo N.Y. ,lived there one and one half years then moved to Canada. Bought a farm lived there then sold farm and came to Tuscola County MI 1867. There were 5 children in family Charlie and Dena born in Germany. Dena was 3 years old Charlie was 6 months old when they came from Germany. Theresa, Lena & George born in Canada. Mary died 1885. He marriedMary Dancy Verrall 1886.
