9. Nancy² HANKS (Joseph³, John⁴, Benjamin⁵, Joseph⁶, Thomas⁷, Thomas⁸, Thomas⁹, George¹⁰, John¹¹) was born in Campbell Co., Virginia 5 Feb 1784. Nancy died 5 Oct 1818 in Centryville, Spencer, Ind, at 34 years of age.

She married Thomas LINCOLN in Washington Co., Kentucky, 12 Jun 1806. Thomas was born in Rockingham, VA 20 Jan 1780. Thomas was the son of Abraham LINCOLN and Bethsheba HERRING. Thomas died 17 Jan 1851 in Beechland, Co., KY., at 70 years of age. (See Thomas LINCOLN for the children resulting from this marriage.)
